We are searching for an Interim Finance / Business Controller to step in during a key transition phase and support the leadership team with controlling, reporting, budgeting, and performance analytics.
๐ฏ The role focuses on ensuring continuity of financial operations, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and group reporting, while supporting the leadership team during a transition period.
Ideal for a hands-on finance professional experienced in both controlling and accounting.
๐ Fluent in English (mandatory); Romanian language proficiency required
๐ Availability for an interim mandate of 3-4 months, with openness to potential permanent hire
