📍 Location: Târgu Mureș (on-site / hybrid) | 💬 Romanian & English required | 🧮 ERP & Excel a must

We’re partnering with an international industrial manufacturing group to identify an experienced Interim Finance Manager for a business-critical transition period at their near Târgu Mures production site.

This is a hands-on interim mandate, focused on stabilising the finance function, securing statutory & group reporting, and supporting management during year-end closing and ongoing operations.

In this role, you will take ownership of statutory accounting (Chief Accountant level), controlling & cost analysis, group reporting, and CAPEX support, working closely with site management and Group Finance. Factory presence is essential to understand operations and cost drivers.
