THE ROLE
- Position: Interim General Manager

- Duration: 6 to 9 months

- Reporting To: Board of Directors
We are seeking a highly skilled Interim General Manager to lead our client’s company through a critical transition period. This role is vital in maintaining team stability and ensuring the continued success of the company’s operations, including overseeing the ongoing construction project and launch of a new factory. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team of experienced professionals across multiple departments, and:
- Provide strong leadership and management to a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the stability and continuity of operations.
- Oversee the staffing and smooth progress of the new factory construction project, fostering positive change management.
- Enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards across all departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage all departmental activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the Board and key stakeholders.
- Quickly adapt to new challenges and environments, ensuring operational stability.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or team conflicts promptly and effectively.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a strong background in managing large teams within a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English and Romanian is essential.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills.
