For a global player in the industrial sector Interim Management Advisor looks for the local factory for an Interim Plant HR Manager available immediately to lead the turnaround of the internal HR department to support the growth of the manufacturing site.
Scope:
✔️ Lead the project of reorganizing the HR department
✔️ Streamline the recruitment process for blue and white collars
✔️ Optimize the payroll process
✔️ Drive fast digitalization in the HR department.
